Hi, I'm Amanda!

I'm a Colorado native that grew up in the Denver area that loves donuts, ice cream, and dogs. After 6 years spent in Los Angeles for college, I have landed back in Colorado Springs. This city stole my heart about 4 years ago and has never given it back. The view is breathtaking, the weather is always a surprise, and the people are too wonderful for words.

I have been passionate about people my entire life but have not been sure how to incorporate that into a career. I've expressed to many dear friends that I wanted to be a "professional helper", but had no idea what that would mean for my life. After getting the honor of standing next to many of my beautiful friends on their wedding day, I realized I loved everything about weddings! After being a bridesmaid for so many of my dear friends, I realized that I never got to spend time with the bride but instead I was racing around, making sure everything looked perfect for her. I found myself looking after all the details, putting out fires, and coordinating the various moving parts of the day - all so that she could enjoy her special day without too much stress. That is when my dream was born. I am so passionate about weddings because I want to make people's dreams come to life on their wedding day, so that their friends and family could truly enjoy the day with them and not have to worry about a thing. Whether I am coordinating the day-of or planning from the beginning, this is a once in a lifetime experience and I want the bride, groom and their family and friends to have the time and peace of mind to truly enjoy and celebrate the day together!

She allowed me to relax knowing everything would get done and made it so we didn't have to deal with difficult guests. “Amanda served as day-of coordinator for our wedding and did an absolutely fantastic job! I simply cannot say enough great things about her services. She was attentive and helpful ahead of time and made sure that I was totally hands off for the whole wedding weekend. Our wedding was at the end of May, and the weather called for rain that weekend. I had told her that the one thing I really hoped for was the ceremony to still be outside- the rest I didn’t care as long as it was taken care of! Not only did she do a wonderful job of setting up the entire reception indoors at the last minute, but she also made sure to do everything is her power to set the ceremony outside (watching the weather radar, having friends wipe down all the wet chairs, handing out quilts meant for the reception for guests to keep warm during the blustery ceremony etc.) Amanda was without a doubt a huge reason why our imperfect day ended up being so perfect!”

"My job is to plan and execute events. So it was hard to give control over to a wedding planner but I knew I had too. Amanda was amazing! As the Bride she made my day easy and relaxing by handling it all. It was truly a blessing and I couldn't of done it without her. I had a wonderful morning with friends and family while she handled the vendors and my ceremony and reception went perfectly. She executed the wedding just as I imagined. I was hesitant at first and thought I didn't need a day of coordinator but she proved me wrong. Best advice I can give to brides is to hire a wedding coordinator!"
